Fab Money Prepaid Card, a registered brand of Fab Money Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Pepper India Business Services Pvt. Ltd.) (“Company”) Limited, herein referred to Fab Money Prepaid Card

By accessing and using Fab Money Prepaid Card, you (“YOU/USER”) accept and agree to the terms, conditions and rules without limitation and or qualification.

We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time without giving YOU any prior notice or intimation whatsoever. Your use of Fab Money Prepaid Card following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as modified till date. Any additional terms and conditions, disclaimers, privacy policies and other policies applicable in general and/ or to specific areas of this website or web APP, Fab Money Prepaid Card or to a particular service are also considered as terms (“Terms”).

The Company does not at any point of time during any transaction between the USER and merchant/vendor and or service provider, take ownership or responsibility of any of the products/services provided by the merchant whatsoever. The Company does not assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered by the merchant to the USER. The cancellation/refund, if any, will be governed as per the terms and conditions of the aggregator or of the merchant/vendor. The Company is in no manner responsible for refund, reversal or cancellation charges or any other consequential or ancillary charges arising therefrom.

In the event, YOU/USER erroneously send a payment to any unintended party/person or incorrect parties or have made a payment of an incorrect amount, the Company shall have no liability in this regard to rectify or return the same. and your only recourse will be to contact such third party to whom such payment was sent and seek a refund (if any).

All transactions made through the mobile applications or through the website of Fab Money Prepaid Card platform are final and the same would not be subjected to refund or exchange permitted. YOU are responsible for providing accurate details inter alia mobile number or account number for which YOU have made a transaction through the mobile application or through the website of Fab Money Prepaid Card platform. YOU are also responsible for the information provided or entered by YOU on the mobile application or website of Fab Money Prepaid Card platform. Fab Money Prepaid Card platform reiterates that any erroneous transaction made by the USER/YOU would not be reversed or refunded by Fab Money Prepaid Card platform.

The Company disclaims any accountability towards losses/damages that might be caused to the USER or any third party because of the acts committed by the USER on the website/mobile application of the Company.  USER/YOU expressly admit that Fab Money Prepaid Card is only a payment facilitator & intermediary, and the Company stands indemnified from any accountability that might arise because of the same, save and except the amounts which were deducted from the USER’s account due to failure on part of the Company to complete the transaction.  YOU also acknowledge that visiting/using Fab Money Prepaid Card website and/or mobile application is an implicit acknowledgement/confirmation of this disclaimer on your part.

YOU are requested to go through the provided terms and conditions on the website and/or platform of the aggregator or the merchant/vendor before proceeding with the transaction. The Company is not responsible for your inability to access such terms or for any loss resulting from such terms and conditions or lack thereof. YOU agree and acknowledge that the actual contract for sale is directly between YOU and the merchant/vendor and Fab Money Prepaid Card is only a facilitator of payments made by USER/YOU. The Company or Fab Money Prepaid Card does not control or prevent changes in the published details and descriptions of websites or applications operated by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor and is not responsible for any content therein. The Company or Fab Money Prepaid Card has no control over the existence, quality, safety or legality of purchases made through Fab Money Prepaid Card; the accuracy of the aggregator’s content or listings; the ability of the aggregator and merchant/vendor to sell items or provide services. The Company or Fab Money Prepaid Card do not assert any rights or claims over the same offered by the aggregator/merchant/vendor to YOU. The aggregator or the merchant/vendor is solely responsible for the content/listings/bookings made available by it through the Fab Money Prepaid Card platform and YOU should contact the respective aggregator or merchant/vendor directly. Should you require any further information, YOU will be required to contact the vendor/merchant/ service provider. YOU agree to handle such issues and disputes directly between YOU and the aggregator or merchant/vendor.

The Company or Fab Money Prepaid Card is not responsible for any warranty, guarantee, post sale claims, genuineness of listings/bookings, content, products and services. Fab Money Prepaid Card will not be liable for any claims including but not limited to any misrepresentation by the aggregator or the merchant/vendor in its content/listings/bookings.

Notwithstanding anything contrary contained herein, the service, the interface and api work, and their respective information, pricing and data, and availability are subject at any time and from time to time to human, mechanical, typographic, or other errors, oversights, mistakes, limitations, delays, service interruptions, including, without limitation, as may be due in whole or in part to, related to or arising out of (i) computer hardware and software, telecommunication and operating systems, databases, or business processes and procedures, other problems inherent in, or which may be associated with, the use of the internet and electronic communications including, without limitation, force majeure event, government / regulatory actions, orders, notifications etc. and / or and acts and omissions of third parties etc.

The USER understands and agrees that the Company is not a party to the contract between the USER and the merchant establishment. The Company or Fab Money Prepaid Card does not endorse any advertiser or merchant linked to its website. The Company is under no obligation to monitor the merchant establishment’s service/products used by the USER. The merchant establishment alone shall be responsible for all obligations under the contract including (without limitation) warranties or guarantees.

In the event of any dispute (defined below), Fab Money Prepaid Card records shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through use of the wallet and /or card.

Fab Money Prepaid Card shall monitor frequent instances of refunds taking in place in specific wallet and/ or card to be in a position to substantiate with proof for audit / scrutiny purposes.

The Terms mentioned in the foregoing paragraph shall be applicable to the provision of any fund transfer and fund collection facility provided/ facilitated by Fab Money Prepaid Card. The USER agrees that the payment order shall become irrevocable once it is executed by Fab Money Prepaid Card.

All instructions, requests, directives, orders, directions, entered by the USER, are based upon the USER’s decisions and are the sole responsibility of the USER.

Refunds (if any) in case of failed/returned/rejected/cancelled transactions shall be applied to the respective wallet and /or card on receipt of funds to the extent that payment was made initially by debit to the wallet and/or card after deducting necessary service and statutory charges as applicable, even if such application of funds results in exceeding the limits prescribed. However, refunds in case of failed/returned/rejected/ cancelled transactions using any other payment instrument shall not be credited to the wallet and/or card of User.
